Call Centre Representative Job in Nairobi

Our company, in the logistics and telematics industry, is looking for a competent and motivated Call Centre Representative.

Location: Nairobi

Reporting to: Operations Manager

The successful candidate shall be responsible for receiving inbound calls and assisting in resolving our clients queries while maintaining an excellent relationship with them.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
  • Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them
  • Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
  • Coordination of Recovery and Repossession
  • Compliance of Call center Procedures
  • Report on customer feedback
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Route calls to other team members whenever needed
  • Make relevant notes from customer interactions
  • Upsell company products and services

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in communication, sales and marketing or any business-related course.
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Decorum
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Eloquent and audible
  • 2-3 years working experience in customer service or call center representative
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
