Our client in the E-Commerce space based in Nairobi, Kenya is currently hiring for:
1. CRM / Customer Service Supervisor
Handle a team of 7-8 customer support executives
Proven track-record in selecting, monitoring, training & coaching customer service team members to generate revenue
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the CRM/CS/Call center field and preferably from the eCommerce industry. Excellent analytical skills Excel & PowerPoint are mandatory.
2. Category Manager
The candidate is responsible for getting new vendors & suppliers and managing the relationship with them.
You will take end to end ownership of the set of categories by driving the sales & business operations.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a category Manager within e-commerce or marketplace domain.
High ownership, proactive and self-starter.
Should be good at Excel, MIS reporting, PowerPoint Presentation.
3. Digital Marketing Manager
The candidate is responsible for performance marketing and able to deliver and achieve key performance metrics set by management.
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Paid ads, Display etc).
Manage end to end marketing automation activities including emailer marketing, web / app push.
Responsible for Increasing website traffic, conversion rate, revenue, transactions etc.
Coordinate with the design team to create compelling & creative designs for Digital properties (web/display/social. Manage social media channels.
Create and Manage social media content calendar.
4. Sales / Field Executive
Candidate is responsible for generating new business using partnering / onboarding SME/SMBs and achieving sales targets.
Should have at least 2 years of Experience in the eCommerce/Marketplace industry.
