Senior Credit Officer – WIP

1 Position

Reporting to the Credit Controller, this position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring credit risk assessment of cash patients and adherence to set policies and processes on admission, billing and discharge; to reduce incidences of bad debt in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with professional qualification in finance or credit management. This position requires active knowledge and experience in individual debt management.

The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.

Imaging Services In Charge

1 Position

Reporting to the Imaging Services Manager and with matrix reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in Imaging Department while ensuring availability of the services/equipments, cost and stock control and superior customer service.

This position is currently open at our Hurlingham unit.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging Sciences.

A Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound will be and added advantage.

In addition the applicant must have a valid license from the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya.

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.

The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team

Laboratory Services In Charge

Reporting to the Laboratory Services Manager and with matrix reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Laboratory team within the hospital unit.

The job holder will superintend the hospital unit Laboratory and will ensure high quality and continuity of services rendered, stock control and excellent customer service.

This position is currently open at our Hurlingham unit.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with valid licensing with KMLTTB. The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Service.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.

Clinical Nurse Instructor

Reporting to the Head of Department–School of Nursing, this position is responsible for facilitating clinical teaching and improving nursing quality to nursing trainees on rotation, in line with both the College’s and Hospital’s mission, vision, goals and core values.

Applicants must be in possession of:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and with at least two (2) years’ work experience in a hospital setting of which 1 year must be in a similar position.
  • Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, with a valid practicing License.
